Lovely spacious apartment. Decor a little dated. Nice pool and tennis court. A little isolated with one local restaurant. Otherwise you have to drive on Route1.

Great spot for an overnight stop on our 1st day in the Keys. Convenient location, super helpful staff, easy check in for an after hours arrival, and plenty of space for 3 people.

We've been owners here for over 20 years and absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful, the views are amazing and the dock facilities are all new. They're always making improvements, so we really feel like we get our money's worth. The only negative thing I have to say, is that they recently installed the dreaded "barn doors" on the bathrooms. So there is no privacy at all, and the bathroom light shines like a spotlight into the bedroom at night, since there are huge gaps all around. I'll never understand this trend. A curtain would have cost less and had the same effect. Looks cute, but doesn't serve its purpose. So you better feel very comfortable with your roommates. All kidding aside, we absolutely love it here and will continue to come back every year.

Great location, awesome views and plenty of wildlife and local stuff to do. Only draw back is all rooms are 1 bedroom and rooms are pretty dated. HUGE screened balconies with great views though!

We only stayed one night.. We arrived around 2pm and allowed us to take our room on a early arrival. Which was great after a long trip Front desk was open and friendly. Our room was very clean but was out dated.. The room had a nice kitchenette and balcony facing the water with beautiful views during the day and in the evening. It was very quiet. Has a convenient elevator for us older folks. For the price I would stay here again.

This is a great place to unwind on your vacation at the Keys. Gilbert is n3xt door. You must drive to the next exit due to the set up and location. You are near enough to drive 5 minutes. We had a beautiful view of the water. Right on the 2nd floor with the balcony being the center of it all. You can see a small ship wreck to the left of us. Beautiful weather. The pool is to out right. There's no fitness room. There is a coin operated laundry room that is not in your unit. It's a shared laundry room. There's Tennis court, shuffle ball and fishing off the dock etc. Black water siren, Jet rental store right next door. It's a walking distance just off the property. There's a Winn Dixie and Publix down the road. Friendly and helpful staff. I didn't really post any room pictures since we already me moved in and our belongings are everywhere.

Review for Anchorage Resort and Yacht Club Upon arrival, the resort is secured with gated access requiring a code. The front desk personnel and manager were cordial and knowledgeable, providing excellent restaurant recommendations including Blackwater Siren just through the gate, featuring generous pours and delicious seafood. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room with large TV, on-site laundry, bedroom, powder room, and full bathroom. The highlight is the large screened porch overlooking Blackwater Sound. Watch charter boats and yachts coming and going, Ospreys and Great Blue Herons competing for dock posts, woodpeckers on palm trees, pods of feeding dolphins, and spectacular sunsets. Amenities include: outdoor pool with free beach towels, sun deck, BBQ area, 10 transient dock slips with power and water, on-site fishing, pickleball/shuffleboard, tennis/basketball court, and lounge chairs scattered throughout the palm tree-lined grounds. A relaxing getaway with helpful hosts who give you space to unwind.
